ljamea-tus-Saifiyah accepts applications from male and female students from the Dawoodi Bohra community. Generally, a student enrols after passing the seventh year or grade of primary education and is admitted to the first of a total of eleven years of study at Aljamea. The admission process and entrance examination all take place online. The initial acceptance of a prospective student’s application is contingent upon prerequisites such as age, quality and extent of memorization of the Quran Majeed and fluency in the English language and Dawoodi Bohra community vernacular, Lisan al-Dawat. The applicant is then assessed on general knowledge, mathematics, critical thinking, spatial reasoning and problem solving skills. Today, despite four campuses, Aljamea-tus-Saifiyah is only able to accept approximately one out of every five applications.
